Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at One Apparel Trading . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Delivery duration is 2 to 3 days from our delivery days which is Mondays and Wednesdays. Our delivery days are subject to change and will be informed to our customers if there are any changes.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Peninsular Malaysia: RM 5 per order
East Malaysia: RM10 per order
(Shipping rates are subject to changes during events and promotions.)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or Whatsapp message once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after we send it.
Damages
If products are damaged or lost during shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us by whatsapp or email and customer will be instructed how to file a claim. One Apparel Trading will make all best efforts to resolve all claims on a case by case basis. Final decisions regarding replacement of product is the sole responsibility of One Apparel Trading.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
